Platform terms for WebifyMyShop and connected storefronts

This page explains how WebifyMyShop operates, what data may be collected, and the platform boundaries for stores built through it.

Platform overview

WebifyMyShop provides an AI-powered ecommerce management application for launching and operating online stores. The platform uses WordPress and WooCommerce as part of its underlying commerce runtime and management stack.

WebifyMyShop provides storefront hosting, store management tools, themes, extensions, analytics, team access, billing controls, and operational services to help store owners run their businesses.

Data and activity capture

WebifyMyShop may collect and process data needed to operate the application, improve the product, support analytics, and troubleshoot issues. Depending on consent and usage, this may include account details, store configuration, billing submissions, device and browser context, page visits, clicks, navigation events, store interactions, order flow events, attribution information, cookies, and bug reports.

Necessary cookies are used to keep the site and storefronts working. Preferences, analytics, and marketing cookies are only used when the visitor gives permission. Activity tracking may be linked to a visitor session, account, or store where appropriate.

Bug reports may include recent technical logs, recent activity history, page context, browser context, and store context to help diagnose issues.

Store owner responsibility

Each store owner is responsible for the products, services, pricing, descriptions, images, policies, claims, fulfilment, customer service, tax handling, and legal compliance of their store.

WebifyMyShop does not act as the merchant of record for store owner goods unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Liability boundary

WebifyMyShop is not responsible for the quality, legality, safety, authenticity, delivery, or suitability of products sold through customer stores. WebifyMyShop is also not responsible for whether a store customer is genuine, fraudulent, abusive, or acting in bad faith.

WebifyMyShop provides the software and operational platform, but it does not guarantee store sales outcomes, customer legitimacy, or the conduct of store owners or buyers.

Service operations

WebifyMyShop may use automated systems, operational monitoring, analytics, anti-abuse controls, and platform-level review processes to keep the service reliable and secure. The platform may suspend, restrict, or investigate usage where billing, abuse, security, or policy concerns arise.
